Summary: This one is better than the Solihull branch for servicing. Many happy buyers according to these reviews! They must have been treated like invited guests, naturally! If you're going for a service, however, you're not a potential buyer, but a "can I help you?" intruder. I was asked this notoriously unwelcoming question 3 times before I had to tell the lady that she had already welcomed me and that I am still waiting for my car (I had chosen to wait in the coffee lounge). When my car was ready, the young lad invoiced me with a special "for you today" price, which is less than the original decoy price (345) you agreed to before handing over your key/fob. This is better than what Solihull Volvo do - you have to pay agreed price or more, even if they made you wait 2 hours longer.

I highly recommend Paul Rigby Volvos. I had a very pleasant and smooth experience with Maxime. He was friendly yet very professional and I felt no pressure at all. I purchased the car but there a few hiccups the day before the handover involving the car requiring some light work in the bodyshop. Maxime pulled out all the stops and stuck to the handover date especially as I was travelling nearly 200 miles to collect the car. He is an asset to Paul Rigby Volvos and I have even been in touch since the purchase and I was awarded the same level of service! Already recommended to family and friends.
