I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am sad to say how disappointed I am with the level of service, communication and pricing. I booked online so there was never mentioned how much it was going to cost and work that had to be done was quoted at twice of the prices elsewhere. I am very disappointed and this will be my last interaction with Caffyns Volvo in Eastbourne. If any management sees this- you really need to review your pricing. If you can get the services cheaper it means yours is ridiculously overpriced and you will lose customers.

Having taken delivery of our used Polestar 2 brought elsewhere, it was clear that it was in need of a software update. Having struggled to resolve the issue myself, I took it to Caffyns Volvo - Eastbourne. Staff at Caffyns were attentive and detailed what the problem was, along with what remedial action was needed - our car needed an overnight stay. We were subsequently provided with a loan car in the interim at no cost to us. Our Polestar was returned fixed, cleaned and polished - I was very impressed and are a credit to Volvo.

I am very happy with my car. The car was second hand, but was sold to me in perfect conditions. Before collecting the car they did a service and the car was very clean. Interiors were as new.
