Bought a whole flue system from this company without reading the reviews first. Glad I didn't read them. I don't really understand why people say they don't offer refunds/returns etc - they do. And I have checked since and they are approved. I was very happy with their customer service and the components arrived exactly when they said they would. Perfectly happy using this company.

AVOID. An absolute joke of a company. Unhelpful product descriptions and somehow a company in the 21st century that doesn't offer returns or refunds. Volsom are NOT a Hetas approved company and are not registered on Trust Pilot, let those be clues enough.
