This garage is not honest or trustworthy!I travelled 2 hours to view a 70plate rline tiguan that was not as advertised nor as described by the salesman over the telephone. I phoned ahead of my visit to confirm spec and condition and was advised by Dan that the car was an ex demo and in very good condition. This was far from the truth. When we turned up and we saw the condition, we questioned the 'ex demo' car which turned to be the accountant's wife's car! I was then told 'it depends on your interpretation of an 'ex demo'. The car was very used and soiled. Brakes disks badly corroded suspect vehicle spent most of its life in a field. Totally mislead and that's after pointing out that the advert specified a panoramic roof which it didn't have. I wouldn't recommend or trust this dealer at all.

MJ Warner were the nominated repairer for my Vehicle through the lease company I am using. My brand new vehicle suffered damage due to a Deer strike to the front right of the car, damageing the bumper, bonnet, valance and the active radiator damper system. This happened mid December. MJ Warner sent a Driver to my address who was very friendly and understanding of the situation and showed great respect to my vehicle. The car was with them for approximately 3 weeks, returned last night and the repair is immaculate, you would never be able to tell that it has suffered damage previously. Every panel affected has been realigned and the paint match is perfect. The bodyshop was always happy to speak to me when I asked for updates and were friendly and transparent in every call. Callum is a great guy! Top work from this Company, really appreciate all you have done to get my vehicle back up to top notch and in such a quick turnaround, highly reccommend!
