I requested a deep clean of my property and a window clean as the previous tenant hadn't arranged this before leaving. The cleaners themselves arrived and got straight to work so I left them to it. After only two hours I got the call to say they were done. To be fair, they did an excellent job and the place was very clean. However, it wasn't the deep clean I had hoped for and explained that I was looking for. The insides of cupboards had not been touched, there was grime in the bathroom, and the inside of the windows hadn't been done amongs other things. It was an excellent 'regular' clean. The window cleaner failed to clean my windows on the first attempt, It is claimed he cleaned the wrong ones even though I had sent specific directions (incl. pics). We arranged a second visit, for which I sent more directions and even stuck up cards in the window to help guide them. He never showed. I was promised he would turn up the third time, and he never did. Because of these disappointments I decided that I didn't want to arrange for the cleaners to return and so I offered to pay for what had been done. I was told I had to pay the full amount for the inside cleaning and they would come back at a later date. So I paid the full amount, arranging for the cleaner to come back to finish the job a couple of evenings later. Well, they never showed. They finally agreed to a paltry £30 refund ( I paid £128 before the refund, and I estimate from their site I shouldn't have paid more than £48). I was tired of the back and forth by then so agreed to it. To sum up, their cleaners are excellent (hence the 2 star review) but make sure you know what you are paying for and make sure they do it on the day. also, avoid their window cleaning service as I'm not sure it even exists!
