VoiceNotes continue to deliver a great service and we are always impressed by their accuracy and speed. They blend tech with HI (human intelligence) so even complex notes containing lots of acronyms and sector-specific jargon are delivered correctly and in context. VoiceNotes are head and shoulders above other providers in the transcription and proof-reading market- especially the free app versions which sound great, but in practice have failed us spectacularly.
