Have brought several bats from VKS in the past, but had a really poor experience with the ‘VKS bat expert’ this week - brought an expensive CA in 2021 which basically fell apart in a single season; took it back for thoughts. Had knocked in for 30hrs+ plus oiled and all I got was it hadn't been knocked in or oiled properly. Nothing more. Lesson for me i) think carefully about CA bats ii) avoid VKS, which I will in the future, pity.

Great store for sports fans especially for cricket admirers. Sales staff are very polite and eager to understand customer need and ensure appropriate kits are sold that fits well and satisfy customer need. On my last visit, a staff spent 15 min to show different products and let my daughter try 6 different wrist bands to get one. I was not sure which product would go well for her, but finally got the one which looks well, and fits nice. Will revisit surely and recommend this store.
