During the project working with VK Carpentry was OK. But once they left the job they were impossible to get hold of to deal with any of the snagging items and have ignored us ever since. We have not been able to get Building Control sign off due to incomplete work within the contract. We have chased via phone, email and Facebook but have been completely stonewalled. This was hugely disappointing as they were responsive whilst on site.
