My item arrived and the box it comes in was in a right mess,I'm supposed to be giving this as a gift. I emailed the company and they Littrally have kept me waiting on and off for 3 days only to tell me I may be able to have £2 refunded via PayPal. They have been rude and very unfriendly in every email and not once been sincere or seem sorry. After emailed back and forward I was then told they could sent me a new empty box!!!! Disgusted and honestly left upset.
