Worst experience.. just waste of money.. they only interested in taking money.. do customer service .. none of the staff explain the process only talk about money.. At my last session I was measured n hardly list an inch n the staff saying u have taken treatment in wrong area where u have got only muscles not fat .. that was never told me in last 10 sessions.. I would suggest not go thr at all n waste ur money worst ever

I had an amazing first experience of the 360 Cryolipolysis at Vivo Birmingham Clinic with Natasha. She was very welcoming and explained the procedure very thoroughly. I was comfortable at all times. The procedure was pain free, just a little pressure when the machine is applied. I am looking forward to seeing the results. Will definitely book again.
