Was not allowed treatment because I donated half of my liver to someone 15 years ago - despite me showing scientific proof that it is fine in terms of my liver functioning 100%, Was told someone would call me that day. It’s been 24 hours and no one would call me. I have chased it 3 times. Now I just want a refund.. and no luck either. They are quick to take money, but not to offer you it back when they can’t perform the task
