I visited the new site today, Staff were brilliant sorted my phone order out and I picked it up 30 mins later The new foil i purchased is the best I have ever used, no problems at all, The showroom is full of all the latest machines they build very impressed, they were in the process of printing and laminating an in house booklet for a new laminator, so I got to see this, the foil machine and, the printer all working as well, the only problem is Santa will not bring me one. Still I can always hope!.

Poor quality laminators and worse customer service. We're on our second machine from Lewis and his team, the first machine was inoperable out of the box and the second one has dangerous faults that we're told they may not be able to rectify. 10 months on and we're still waiting for them to return and fix the issue....

I phoned up for information on products and prices. I had to give my details twice to two different people, despite the first person saying she had to take it to pass it on. Unable to give prices on the phone and were unable to answer simple questions like how many sheets can this machine do per minute. All info had to be emailed. Put me off of wanting to do business with them. However, the email arrived quickly and the prices were good so they will probably get my business.
