    Horrendous customer service from Michaela! After double booking our badminton court, she said it was our fault for letting the other customers use it and therefore we don’t have grounds for a refund. Her tone was rude, touching on arrogant, and didn’t offer any kind of apology for the mix up but proceeded to say that the finance team wouldn’t classify it refund worthy. Won’t be booking there again.
