Just returned from a short visit to London. Whilst there, enjoyed two treatments from Viva therapists. Everything about both treatments was first class. The therapists are delightful people and they provide a truly "bespoke" service to suit the individual. I recommend Viva Therapies unreservedly (and I am difficult to please). I intend to return to London as soon as is reasonably possible - to enjoy some more sessions with Viva Therapies "beautiful ladies". I can't thank them enough.

I've heard less positive stories about this company from fellow therapists and decided to give it a try as everyone is different. While having extensive experience for over a decade in 5* environment, worked worldwide for a respected and well known company, punctuality is very important. Unfortunately the lady was a few minutes late, while coming from outside. I received some forms from her to fill in which required additional time. This could have been done before as I arrived a bit early, from her colleague, time management. As there wasn't a spare room where the trade test was being held, it didn't make me feel comfortable to perform it in the main room as the portable bed was in the same line with the infrared camera and the door. After having performed a Swedish massage I received the feedback that not enough speed has been used during the treatment. I felt very intrigued where this opinion was coming from as over the years guests were returning and giving me compliments due of the flow I'm providing, as a Swedish massage shouldn't have the same speed as a Sport or deep tissue massage. After the trade test I have been told I would receive an email the following day with more information and a confirmation for an appointment the day after. Unfortunately Viva hasn't come back to me at all regarding this matter. Only an automatic email a few days later saying that I haven't been selected. I would like to thank Viva for this experience as I don't feel we share the same value. I wish you all the best for the future.
