    Can’t speak too highly about Liz Murley from Viva. Liz advised us in refinancing my in-laws equity release which they took out some 20 years ago. A situation complicated by us needing to use a power of attorney. Liz secured an offer that reduced the interest payments by around 5 percentage points, reducing the yearly interest accumulation by several thousands of pounds per year. Liz also worked to deal with the inadequacies of our solicitors, without our her intervention on our behalf, it is likely the refinancing would have fallen apart at the last minute. Very friendly, highly competent, with good communication.

He was most helpful and arranged a package which offered exactly what I wanted, putting me under no obligation and without up-front charges. In the event, the partner very unexpectedly secured the funds and I did not have to step in - but the knowledge that I could if necessary secure the deal was invaluable.
