By fair the best experience costumer service I have ever received from any sector. The clinic is always at a world class standard, so clean and waiting areas are private while being so comfortable. The team is always on hand to help with all your needs with constant offers of refreshments. The receptionists were well trained and were always there to assist with booking my appointments around my busy schedule. And I really appreciated their phone lines being reliable as 10/10 times someone would pick up my call, which is very rare in this current climate. A big thank you to both James and Kate for transforming my smile and not settling for anything less than perfection. They are truly the best dentists I’ve ever had. Lastly, a big thank you to Kennedy for always going above and beyond with the logistics of my treatment. From notifying me when there cancellations that are better suited to my schedule to always communicating transparently the cost of my treatment. You’d be a fool to use any other clinic, ill be recommending Vitruvian Dental Studio to everyone and anyone.

Thank you to the amazing team at Vitruvian Dental studio especially Dr Nicola and Sinead after I have recently had whitening treatment ahead of my wedding this summer. The process was super speedy and seamless, Sinead made me feel comfortable and put me at complete ease during having my impressions taken. I received my whitening kit quickly and it was very easy to follow at home. I’m over the moon with the results I have seen so far! From reading the reviews online I decided to try this dental studio and genuinely believe I made the right decision. First of all they replied to my query quickly, then had a free consultation with Nicole who is lovely and so knowledgeable to talk through my options. I then booked in for a £65 consultation with Dr Kate who was lovely, kind, caring, knowledgable and honest and had so much time to talk my through my options and answer all my questions. I booked in for a hygienist appointment and luckily had a space 5 minutes after my appointment with Dr Kate to avoid any delay with my forthcoming whitening treatment. The hygienist was so lovely too and gave me great recommendations. And now I have a quick appointment next week to start my tooth whitening.. I am pretty much at the start of my journey but fully have hope that Dr Kate will give me the results I’m after or will fix any problems or concerns that I have. Genuinely all the staff are lovely and equally really knowledgable and if I had the money, I would make this my regular dentist ha. Thanks again!

My experience so far has been amazing at Vitruvian! Dr Katie has addressed all my concerns and queries and has quickly and professionally. She is currently guiding me through the process of invisalign alongside Dr James and is assuring me that I will have fantastic results! He has gone through all the different routes and procedures in a very calm and reassuring manner, and I am very happy to meet him and Katie. Also I am extremely pleased with Ellie as she also re assured me and addressed my concerns politely and empathetically. Sinead also gave me a great initial consultation and good advice for my treatment plan. I am extremely impressed with the customer service from Vitruvian and am excited to see my final results! Would definitely recommend!
