Air source heat pump installation carried out very professionally and without any worrisome. Thanks to VitoEnergy, especially Liam Barry who took care of the responsibility of the whole procedure of heat loss report as well as the installation. His knowledge about different dimensions of energy efficiency is remarkable. Pleased that I made a right decision in choosing them and Liam in particular to do the job. All work carried out on time and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their technical expertise and quality of their services when installing heat pump.

Called and emailed Vito energy on February 1st 2023 about getting a quote for a heat pump. I was told at the time by Charlotte that they had just started a waiting list and that someone would get back to me. It is now May 16th and I have not had any further contact from Vito energy, no call, no text, no emails nothing. In this time I have had a survey, quote and installation completed by another installer. * Review updated following call from Sophie, I understand that the company is busy and that the waiting list is over three months due to popular demand (and the companies great policy of only using highly skilled engineers). I am also glad to see a small business thriving. I would say as I was apparently at the top of the list (I was informed of this in February) it may be beneficial to send out an update to those on the waitlist just to let people know you are still busy but will get back to them or update the website/blog to reflect this.

Vito recently installed a new Vaillant ASHP replacing our ageing oil system. It was a challenging job because the new system was installed in our new plant room at the opposite end of the bungalow from the old system. In all, the job took nearly three weeks, lead by Josh and ably assisted by the team (Ken, Liam, Adam, James and James). We had some unexpected delays and a few teething issues, but Vito responded quickly to those and dealt with them. Overall, we're really impressed with the quality of the installation and the work ethic of the team. Service: Heating system installation
