I have had the privilige of being treated at Vitality Garden for the past five months; as well as being most personable, Sherie is a highly professional and competent Acupuncture Practitioner. I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondilytis some 53 years ago and have regular inflamatory "flares", particular in my sacro iliac & wider pelvic region. Whilst I am able to cope with pain well, sometimes it is overwhelming and therefore in need of treatment; 45 years of NSAID's takes its toll so Acupuncture is a more holistic and welcome methodology - in my experience, what can take 4-8 weeks of NSAID use, is dealt with quickly by 2/3 Acupuncture sessions.

I recently experienced survivor lower back pain which lasted for months. I had Been to my GP, A&E and a back specialist many times. I looked into acupuncture not sure exactly what to expect or what it was about but I was willing to give it ago as I had been in so much pain for such a long period of time. I went into it with an open mind after my research on acupuncture and what clinic would suit me, Obviously I found vitality garden. I had my consultation and treatment on the first appointment. Sherrie was very professional and explained the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable. The next day I was physically exhausted and I napped throughout the day (which I never do) but I was comfortable. The second day after my appointment I could not believe the amount of flexibility I had in my lower back (I had been stiff for months). I was absolutely shocked and took for words. It was quite emotional for me as the pain was never ending. This pain was also effecting my groin, i could never sleep properly or sit comfortably. So the next week sherrie continued treating my back and then treated my groin area using another method of cupping. Again, a couple days after I no longer have that pain. I cannot believe how much this treatment has worked for me as I was so unsure and didn’t know what to expect. Now I am so intrigued with Chinese medicine and how it all works. Sherrie is amazing at what she does and I can’t recommend her enough.

Sherrie is an amazing professional and person. A personal plan is created in the first session and is communicated very well throughout and I get excited for not only the session but for seeing Sherrie. There’s a very calm and relaxing persona with her and the room setting is just right, beautifully finished. I have been seeing her for only a short while but have seen a vast difference in mental health and physical pain levels; I began the sessions due to wide spread chronic pain and leave the room feeling so relaxed and like I’m floating. I genuinely cannot wait for each and every session, I’d attend every day if it was possible! I have recommended Vitality Garden Acupuncture to everyone

I would definitely recommend sherrie. She takes the time to listen to her clients and fully assess their needs, and then puts together a personal treatment plan. I've had several treatments for different health conditions and they have definitely helped me significantly. The location is quiet, peaceful and relaxing, the perfect environment. Sherrie is professional, knowledgeable and experienced and provides a wide range of treatments in a safe environment and at a reasonable price range too. I would definitely recommend sherrie.
