As a resident at this student accommodation for the past 2 years i must say that the manager Neil is simply outstanding!!! From the moment i arrived, he had gone above and beyond to make sure that i am comfortable to my new house!!! His attention to details is truly exceptional. He is always available to answer any question or concerns that i may have and he’s making a point of checking in with me on a regular basis to ensure that everything is going smoothly. I have never felt as though my need were being overlooked or neglected in any way!! I’m so great of his kindness and his support. I just want to thank his for being such an amazing manager and friend!!!!! Also, i need to mention Kris our assistant manager. He’s sense of humor and infectious personality never fails to put a smile on my face, even on the toughest days. He’s ability to balance professionalism and humor is truly remarkable. I love he’s positive energy and enthusiasm!!!! Whether we chatting he always have a way of making everything seem more fun. Overall, the staff members here are all incredibly knowledgeable, and professional. What truly sets this staff apart, however, is their kindness and compassion. They care about all the residents. I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing staff…. They have truly exceeded my expectations in every way and have set the bar for what exceptional service should look like. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding staff, this is definitely the place to go!!!!!!
