Hi, this morning my uncle went to my apartment in the vita student accommodation on my behalf to collect some things for me and he found someone else living in there. My contract with you is until 26/08/2023. You have not notified me of any early termination and have let the accommodation out to someone else. This is unacceptable and I demand refund for the remainder of the duration of the contract as I no longer feel safe and I am in fear of living there. Rest assured further action will be taken if the rest of the money isn’t returned to me.
