I have been waiting since AUGUST 2020, for a solution to my faulty item that was delivered. Last contact in November - have to say reading previous reviews I’m not surprised by this. I’m appalled by the level of customer service, if my staff treated paying customers with this level of service they would not have a job.

Ordered a small mirror in early to mid May. Email acknowledgement. Mirror never arrived. Left umpteen messages on their answer phone but no response. Sellers should not advertise that it is business as usual during the pandemic when obviously it is not. Company has my money but I do not have my mirror. Poor show. Do not recommend this seller.
