Initially paid for the software (told them I don't need support). Then another £180. After one year get a call for an upgrade which they do. They demand £180 to which I say no. The next day I receive a call to say had anyone phoned you about your till not working I open the epos to find they had stop it working. My shop epos has completely stopped. The fact they phoned in advance means they maliciously planned the fault. Now receiving calls for more money. If you have a shop AVOID THIS COMPANY. Go with a modern EPOS not their expensive junk. SHAME ON YOU TO TURN OUT TYPICAL SCAMMER.
