I would not advise dealing with this company through their website. We orderd goods which never arrrived. We called and were promised resolutions that did not take place. They then stopped answering the phone and would not communicate. We escalated to Paypal to resolve the issue. Also, the possitive reveiws on Viss Tools are fake are they are from friends and staff members.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM ! ! ! BE WARNED ! ! ! I ordered two separate lots and was promised delivery in a window, both deliveries are still not here after being 11 days late and I cannot get in contact with anyone.. I have called 32 times and no one ever picks up, I cannot get a refund or my products and have had to order them elsewhere and go to the bank to claim my money back. THEY ARE SHOCKING, AND I BELIVE TAKE MONEY FRAUDULENTLY. STAY WELL AWAY AND GO TO A REPUTABLE FIRM - I GOT TO THESE FROM MANOMANO WHO ALSO WASHED THIER HANDS OF ALL RESPONSIBILITY

Ordered from this company through ManoMano was supposed to have delivered my item between 9th-11th February with Evri. Have a tracking number and Evri are still waiting for the item. This company should be made to repay my money and be invested for fraud. Have emailed ManoMano they are not interested and told me to contact the company, have tried numerous times to no avail.
