We have been so pleased with the service provided by Visiting Angels for our elderly Uncle and Aunt over the past five months, they have been very efficient, friendly and helpful. The Carer who has been looking after them is really lovely and very kind to them. She makes them feel relaxed and comfortable when she is with them. They speak very highly of her to me and I know I can rely on her.

The office in Burnham Bucks (not Berkshire as they claim) managed and run by directors who are happy to charge for live on care even though the person they claimed to being looked after was actually in the care of the superb palliative care team at Wexham Park Hospital. They charge for live in care even after the person has died and charge for live in care even though the person was in hospital three weeks before they died. This is not a firm to be trusted and the care contracts are unreliable. Avoid at all cost.

Update. No, that is untrue. I never received any email back. I had to chase up and then I called Magda and I asked why noone had emailed me back. I asked if it was to do with my mental illness, she said no. She said she would takeover the management also be in touch. Yet still, no email was sent. At that point I did feel that it wasn't a mistake that noone got in touch and that led me to give up. Im sure of you are able to reply to this review, then you were able to followup with my emails. Waisted my time. Set up appointments and then never answered me back. I had to chase the manager several times. Awful experience which felt ironically discriminatory.
