Haider has been my optician for the last 17 years. I initially saw him at his original shop in Solihull then followed him to his present shop in Bordseley Green. His is one of the nicest people you could meet. He is professional, empathetic, personable, respectful and has old school values. You will never get a sales pitch to buy new classes but you can get impartial help and advice when choosing glasses. His glasses are very affordable and his has some nice designs. All in all the professional and welcoming staff at Visioncraft make it such an easy visit. I have taken friends and family there over the years and everybody has chosen to stay rather than use a chain opticians. Credit to Haider and team. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work.
