Extremely professional and friendly service. Having visited recently after screw went missing from a pair of sunglasses, staff were polite and helpful with resolving my issue. Left with them for 10 minutes, on return screw had been replaced, other screw tightened and they even gave a clean. Thank you Visioncare, appreciate your help and will definitely return!

I happen to visit the Visioncare opticians at Baker Street along with my mother who needed prescription spectacles. I was truly impressed with the range of options they had. My mum’s prescription for her spectacles were old and to our surpruse they also have an in-house optometrist who tested my mothers eyes to confirm her vision strength. This was at a reasonable charge. I also happened to buy a very smart pair of sunglasses while I was there as they had a great range. It was the level of service and hospitality from the 2 amazing staff Sabera and Nina who were so helpful and gave us the right guidance. What really touched me was that they offered to repair my old sunglasses for free as well. Exceptional customer service. 💯⭐️ definitely recommend them for eye wear and testing 💪🏻💯

I knocked in to see if they knew anything about ski goggle inserts so I wouldn’t have to wear my glasses under my goggles. The team were incredibly helpful and friendly. Once they checked their inserts would fit in my goggles, they ordered my prescription and I had them in my hand less than 2 days later. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back when I need a new pair of glasses :)
