Visionary Finance, and in particular Jody and Hiten, went above and beyond to help me with my mortgage, both in terms of offering advice and finding the best deal for me. I was growing increasingly frustrated and despondent as all of the brokers I had spoke to informed me that the options available to me would be very limited due to my circumstances. That all changed once I got in touch with Visionary Finance. Hiten’s invaluable knowledge and expertise was such that he instantly, and without hesitation, knew the right lender for me and my circumstances. Best of all, I didn’t have to compromise like other brokers had implied. Thanks to Hiten, a market leading lender accepted me and on an extremely competitive rate and term. Thanks to the organisation and efficiency of Jody, the process was quick and entirely stress free. Which is quite an accomplishment seeing as I was an anxious first time buyer and it was at a time when steep interest rate hikes were imminent! I didn’t have to chase once because Jody was on the ball every step of the way. If I had a question she would answer with lightning speed and ensured that the process ran smoothly and on time. Huge thanks to Jody and Hiten for their time and effort. If it wasn’t for Visionary Finance, I would no doubt be paying a mortgage at double or more the value than I am now. Wow, what a customer service experience! My consultant Faye, continually went above and beyond to make me feel, valued and informed on everything from initial rates through to making the deal itself. She had an abundance of knowledge which was invaluable as I have never done anything like this before. At one point I even watched "Martin Lewis: money saving expert" and he gave rates out which I enquired about, these were instantly verified and it turned out were not appropriate for me. Without Faye's fantastic explanation, I would have had no idea and been lost in all the jargon talk. I could not recommend her enough and will definitely be letting all my friends and family know to ask for Faye directly when going to Visionary Finance for their needs in the future!

Could not be happier with the service! I worked with Visionary Finance (Faye Tomkins and Nick Munro) on a particularly difficult expat mortgage offer. During the process there were inevitable ups and downs and times of stress and anxiety, but both Faye and Nick couldn't have been better in their support, communication and taking fast action when needed. I know that both of them worked outside working hours on numerous occasions to help with my case and it left me feeling incredibly grateful to have found such an invested team of people to help me cement the mortgage offer. When receiving the offer Faye was just as happy as me which again just shows the effort, hard work and character. If I am ever brave enough to go for another mortgage I will certainly be giving Visionary another call, but I will let Faye and Nick breathe for now! Thanks guys for all your hard work!

I must say that all dealings with Visionary Finance for me have been fantastic. I have used them multiple times over the years and usually ask for a lady called Lauren as she is extremely efficient and well mannered. With that said, you can imagine how disappointed I was to hear she was leaving and that her clients were being handed over to a lady called Faye. From the start Faye had some BIG boots to fill as I can often be demanding and abrupted (all things Lauren managed well of course) especially if the application process took longer than I thought it should. However, Faye has definitely risen to and surpassed the challenge with a level of professionalism not often seen in this industry. I'm also convinced that she's clairvoyant as Faye often knew what I need before even I did. Please give this woman a pay rise as I have no doubt that she generates and retains a lot of business for this company.
