I have worked with Vision now for nearly 8 years. They deliver homes and student accommodation in nearly half the time and work to a very high quality standard that many people cannot unfortunately meet. The production lines move quick and you have to keep up with the work flow and the overall operation. Fast pace is not for everyone. You might not meet the standard but this is life. You move on and try to find your happy place some where else. There is no need to go online and cry if a situation does not work out. Are we going to do this every time we break up with someone. My God this means i have to give all my ex girlfriends no stars.

I personally just can't agree with all bad reviews about VMS,working in VMS long time and has to say as yes some days are good ,some bad ,but that's the life and it's everywhere around the same or similar for sure its not VMS only!!! I personally will always highly recommended VMS as great place to be and work for it ,highly recommended to anyone who wants to join VMS team. Great place for work for sure ,just please give a time to yourself and you will agree with me in 100% VMS yes,yes it's a family friendly place to work.
