The worst experience at vision express: First they tried to rip me off by wanting to charge me £60 just because I wanted to use my old frame , but as soon as they sensed I would not accept, they straight away canceled the charge. A week after the order they messaged me saying there was a manufacturing problem and they are starting again A week later they messaged me saying my glasses were ready to pick up, i left my work , my home and I drove to their outlet , just for them to tell me , ‘your glasses are not here, sorry that message was from head office’ and journey was for nothing, and all that lady said ‘next time don’t drive to here, we’ll mail them to you by post’ which would introduce another risk of losing my glasses! NEVER AGAIN VISION EXPRESS.
