Arrived to my appointment had to wait in the que which made me late… first they said I had to rebook I explained I’ve been waiting so they started my appointment to later say they have to rebook me for the 2nd part 45 min after waiting.. very disappointed as I saw someone take my appointment. Optician was great very professional then then the saleswomen says that will be 180 pounds just for the lenses in my old frames Which I wanted 😃but she keeped trying to upsell me the frames I'm unemployed 180 was far too much never again I'll go elsewhere

I had such a positive experience at vision express when I visited this week. The optician was polite, efficient and took the time to explain my options clearly to me. I was then handed over to Thomas- who was wonderful! He helped me choose a frame style to suit me. He really took the time to make sure I was happy and made the right choice- he never rushed me and offered honest and helpful advice. Thank you!
