    I booked for eye test and contact lense appointment. Got to the the appointment and the lady told me what I was booked for both eye test and contact lens, but I only had the eye test. At the end of the appointment I asked about the contact lenses and she said did you not mention it to the Optometrist, i didn’t know I had to mention it to anybody. I thought it would have been a different phase of the appointment but sadly not It’s not like I can read minds when it’s on their system what I’m booked in for.

    Having been a VE customer for years I've visited this branch in its previous locations in Walsall. Hearing it was now inside Tesco I was a little worried, but there was no need. The same friendly and professional staff are there still delivering excellent vision tests and eye health exams. They will also cover your parking fee if you request a voucher.
