I like to attend the Arena Vision Express because its on the doorstep for the cafe and then shopping after. They have good styles to suit all budgets and the staff are very friendly

Eye test and all the attention and scans was 100% however I found the choice of glasses were very minimal and same ISH so went else where for my glasses which is such a shame because the staff are all excellent.

Went in and waited whilst my wife had her eye test. Staff generally seemed good and attentive. However, the person dealing with my wife got the measurements wrong and they had to be all changed and tried twice to push for new expensive frames when they weren't needed. I feel that you could be made to feel like you need to spend a lot more money.

The optician was brilliant, she was so friendly and put you at ease during your eye test. However the sales member of staff let it down. She was chewing gum and pushed for me to buy new frames even though I said I wanted to keep my old ones. I understand she needs to push for a sale but she wasn’t too friendly. She wasn’t too friendly throughout the process and didn’t make me want to go back to that particular store again.
