First time I have used this branch, my initial appointment the optometrist was brilliant but the general customer service was a bit lacking I found. I went back today to collect my glasses and the member of staff was brilliant, looking at her badge her name was either Marie or Maria. She was so friendly, kind, adjusted my glasses brilliantly (I have quite a small face and have been places before where they’ve almost made out like it is an huge inconvenience to have them adjusted so much) and complimented how they looked on me which I thought was really kind. Marie/Maria needs a pay rise!
