I visited vision express at Tesco for the first time yesterday. I have to say they blew me away. The standard of up to date equipment and the care of all the staff was absolutely brilliant. I thank Michael who I initially spoke to, he made the appointment for me, Zahir, who did my eye test, and June who helped me to pick frames and sorted the lens and pricing. I was very pleased and will definitely use again.

It is disgusting how customers can be treated at “Vision express located at Tesco Stairfoot”after seven visits over last 3 months just to get a pair of glasses and contact lenses to suit thinking that it could be a simple task but this company made it a very hard work. Mistake on prescriptions, supply of wrong contact lenses and excuse after excuse and very little knowledge of customer care,…….the whole experience was a nightmare.
