Absolutely appalled by the service my 82 year old mother was given when she arrived for an appointment today following the text message she recieved. She was shown no compassion but just told to make another appointment. She came home very upset and in pain due to the amount of walking she had to do.

Popped into vision express on a Sunday to see if they could help with my broken arm on my glasses and a lovely lady Carlie or Carla went out her way and put a new arm on them for me not only that she changed both arms of my glasses so they dint look odd ...she went well out her way to help me even though she was busy .....highly recommended my optician's so helpful .....
