The staff are very abrupt almost rude I've been going to them for 4 years .every time i go there they can't find me as i booked on line ? every time i go there is new staff but the ophthalmologist fantastic very nice concerned and was very good ๐ only a 1 star because of the shop staff my wife joined to me as was made as welcome as a bee sting by the shop staff.quite frankly with the amount I have spent on new lenses using my old frames .omg.i hope there they get it right this time without going back twice and still unhappy. I went to pick up my glasses and prescription and the service was great! I was helped by a person called Zara, who helped me with my glasses was kind, helpful, professional and was amazing! Getting the stuff I needed was no trouble and she was superb!
