Went for a new test and decided to get new lenses for 2 of my current pairs of glasses. They said this will take 2 weeks. 1 month later, and I have received no update and I am the one that is chasing and calling to find out where they are! Three times I call the store, the glasses are not there. They say they'll call the lab and get back to me but never do! This post is part of this effort to do so!

The optician was very helpful but glasses was not right at all. Reception staff not helpful stood there chatting for a few minutes before booking us in and rude to other customers. Store looked clean but stank like an old dish rag. Wouldn’t return

I bought a glass with £129 frame and the temples were very loose! One was broken within 6 months. They could not repair them while it seemed easy to fix. No offer was available if I wanted to replace the frame or get a new glass!

Polite and helpful staff. Just not enough of them. Went to collect pricey glasses, queued 30 minutes, then left empty handed and nowhere near being served, as my parking ticket was expiring / shop now about to shut. Must get a delivery once a week, then invite everyone in to collect on the same day, so can't cope. Back to Specsavers for me in future. Should have read the reviews, I suppose.
