Been a customer for years, prices are now hiking up through the roof, plus they have changed their policy to 2 yearly checks even though I’m paying monthly for a plan, seems that customer service has gone down, 2 years isn’t frequent enough especially as eye tests can uncover many things, have cancelled everything now as can get the exact same lenses , same make and everything for £14 per month cheaper !!!
