When you get glasses it’s about two things health and aesthetic so when you start a conversation with one simple question and you get an answer with so much attitude then you know, you don’t want to get the glasses there and most definitely not to go to this store again. Bad experience, I would love to explain to the store manager if they show interest to know what experience I had

One or two initial problems but with varifocal lenses liable to occur.A fairly relaxed atmosphere around the store. .a credit to Manager Mickey.Certain staff are excellent..Maryam who gave me a thorough eye test,Patrick and Jayne most helpful and pleasant and Emer who was a star throughout. .tweaking my lenses and frames tremendously patient, constantly pleasant and a true professional. With eyes one can't be too careful but I would have presently no reservations in returning. Overall well done to the team.

I wouldn’t even give them one star for their service. I am a working professional and I have time only on weekends. I initially booked an appointment for 11.15. I was there by 11.22. I accept that the mistake was on my side. But they rescheduled my appointment to quarter past two. I arrived at quarter past two and then they told that my appointment was for 1.45PM. It is ridiculous. I spent my whole day here just for the appointment. And the lady who explained this to me was with so much attitude. They were zero at customer service. Don’t ever never opt this shop at all. This is the worst service I ever had here. It is very disappointing. Hope you guys learn something about good customer service. If initially you have told the correct timing, then I wouldn’t have wasted my whole day here!

I went with my own frames to get my sunglasses done in June, they arrived in July but the lenses were adjusted wrong so they sent them back and lost them. I have been given an option to choose different frame in September which was not ideal because I really loved my frames. I chose new frames, they came just before my holidays but noone from the staff really knew how to use the machine to adjust frames to my face. After 3rd attempt and my 5th visit in the store finally someone managed to adjust them and was actually in shock about the job which was done before as frames were bended in different direction. All this just to receive a phone call yesterday in sunny December with a question when am I planning to come and collect my sunglasses as they are waiting since July. Of course I went, gave the replacement glasses back and took my own frames with me. I did not even hear sorry from the manager who took the glasses away, she only said see you soon which I can guarantee won't happen as I will not come back to the store. Cannot say anything bad about the optometrist and some of the staff which were helpful but unfortunately do not remember their names. After this experience I do not recommend this store

I'd first of all like to say I'm soo blind got a bit of cataracts kicking in, the staff were amazing, so helpful and understanding. I normally hate going for check ups but not any more , sorry for getting emotional in my appointment x
