I had a very good experience at Vision Express Swiss Cottage. My partner and son went for the 2 pair option each with the payment plan 0% APR over 2 year which is a great option to pay for your glasses. My special compliments go to Laurienth Lucia who was very lovely, helpful and so patient. Everything went so smooth and she has extraordinary customer service skills. The rest of the team were also very helpful and polite. Overall I highly recommend this branch.

I was greeted by a member of staff named Laurieth. I high recommend her for her incredible service. I had an opticians appointment and bought a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses in the same day. In addition, my mother who accompanied me also bought a pair of sunglasses on recommendation of Laurieth. As stated in both my 5star google and trust pilot reviews, both me and my mother cannot recommend her enough. She is a great asset to the store and had much patience with us, going above and beyond by spending what seemed like more than an hour with us. She was easily able to balance seeing us with other customers, regularly checking up to see if we had any questions when choosing frames. Me and my mother both agreed to start using this branch as our usual for any further products. It makes all the difference when the staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond for you. We thank you!
