Reception approach was not great. The girl didn't know much about the contact lenses that I needed and on top of that the manager next to the receptionist told her off and said why she doesn't know anything about contact lenses in front of me. Such a bad impression and poor customer service.

I am a long standing customer (8+ years or more) and I cannot figure Vision Express out. Their business admin is a C- at best, with orders placed not being sent to their distribution team and a website that doesn't seem to even talk to their stores. Today was my 7th attempt at calling the Oxford Street store in the past 3 days. Each and every call was dropped by their system, sometimes within a minute and today after holding for 15 mins. As of now I have no contact lenses and no varifocals, which basically means my mid-sight has gone. I was promised emergency dispatch and now can't even follow up on the order. The in-store experience is good, their professional staff are absolutely first class but the service is non existent

Don’t bother with this place. Wait times for picking up glasses can be 30-45mins. Also there is no service downstairs, everyone seems to be hovering upstairs. And when you ask how long it’ll be you’re met with rude answers

Very poor customer service. I wanted to exchange my sunglasses bought at the Canary Wharf unit. They refused it saying that this was not possible. Despite of that I decided to buy another pair with them. However, they charged my card without informing me that the only item they had available in the model I wanted, was the display one. I noticed it was not in a great condition and had to ask for a refund there. In a nutshell, went hoping to have exchanged the current sunglasses, they refused it and then wanted to sell me another one not in a good condition. Disappointing.

Buying contact lenses for the first time here is a nightmare. Just went there for the fifth time and they still want to do some useless tests.... And every time I wait for so long!! When I said I wanted to give feedback - I was completely blanked. I'm waiting to see their comment saying we would appreciate your feedback 😅
