"I recently had an eye test at, vision express and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only was the test more expensive than I had anticipated, but the staff also pressured me into doing additional tests that I didn't feel were necessary. I came in expecting a simple contact lens exam, but I was told that I needed to undergo extra tests that would cost me even more money. When I questioned the need for these tests, the staff were dismissive and insistent that I undergo them. I was told at the beginning of the test that it would cost me £25 and at the end when they made me paid £60 for test that I did not need. I left my appointment with no prescription for contact lens which was my priority..

Very poor service, My glasses should have been ready for collection in a week after the purchase at the shop. However, after two weeks of waiting, when I called the shop to get info on my order, they just found out the frame was damaged and they should resend it back. Disappointment is that they only found out when I asked them about my order, despite the fact that the glasses were there well before my call. My glasses should have been ready for collection in a week, and it seems that it will take 3 weeks.
