I used to like this store a lot (used them for close to 10 years) but recently their quality has dropped. I had their subscription for contact lenses for years and recently just wanted to change the type of lenses, which took me about 45 minutes in store. Unfortunately this happened at the same time when they forgot to send me lenses in my regular order (they did refund me) and didn't want to send me lenses I purchased online because they couldn't find my prescription (which I had with them for years). I am hoping it is temporary issues but may have to change providers if it does continue.

Great experience. Esha was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was given eye drops to resolve an issue I had with my tear duct and I had an eye test which was detailed and thorough. I’m happy with the outcome, Esha did a great job.

Excellent experience today at vision express in Canary Wharf. Esha my optometrist was very thorough, friendly and had a great sense of humour. She gave me some really helpful advice and product suggestions with regards to dry eye/chalazion management and removed some embedded microscopic animal fur from my eye which was causing me to have some discomfort (I’m a vet not weird - but arguably both). I was then handed over to Saadiqah to help pick out some frames and she was really helpful and friendly with finding some that suited me very well whilst we discussed the pros of cat ownership. Having been to independently owned opticians in the past I was a little apprehensive in booking the appointment wondering if the patient care would be on par. I would argue my experience today far surpassed any previous experience and will be recommending Esha and Saadiqah to anyone who asks. Thanks so much!

While I have been using vision express for many years and never had an issue with the options or my prescription from the Canary wharf branch the service has gone considerably down hill. My last visit I purchased a new pair of glasses and changed the lens on an existing one. The sales person gave me a price for the lenses then charged a different price on three till neglecting to explain about the hidden glazing charges. I then went to collect my re-lensed glasses and the sales assistant refused to give or sell me a case to protect them. On a previous visit I had to argue with the same sales assistant that told me I would have to take my glasses to Oxford Street to be repaired despite having purchased them from the same Canary wharf store. Needless to say I will be looking for a different options next time .

Terrible service. Need to have a replacemetn for my son's glasses. Told them clearly he was now in school without glasses. They said they would process this as urgent. Two and a half week later, they have finally completed making this glasses and they told us it took 2 to 3 days to deliver this from the Lab. I cannot understand how this is called URGENT. Had been with them for glasses for my son for the last 5 years, but will never go back again after this. Advise to avoid them at all cost.
