The only person that gets the 5⭐️ is Aishah Siddiqah what a lovely lady and you should be very proud to have someone like her on your team she definitely goes the extra mile. However when I went to collect my new glasses she wasn’t obviously working this day today and the rest of the team aren’t quite as nice as Aishah. In fact very rude you could tell it was the end of the day.

When I came to this in 2008 brilliant salespersons ready to sell you you the best quality glasses frames after having over 10 years of service from them all of a sudden my details have disappeared and a wishful advice to open a new account same thing goes with my glasses broke the ones I bought from them and they won't fix them because they say it can't be fixed and the glasses shop can't fix glasses sorry to say about really very bad customer service and you've lost a customer was being with you just over 10 years but you have my son one on your database

Vision express in TRINITY CENTRE LEEDS this is the worst branch i've been to. I waited 4 weeks for multifocal contact lenses, the manager lied to me that there are no contact lenses that I should have , two days later someone called me and informed that contact lenses are already available for collection, when I coming and tried on contact lenses that I couldn't see anything at all at a distance, she was told me to try one week and told me that I could drive a car and I to come back in a week!!! I had to take them out to see anything! I wasted a lot of time and money on parking!!! I have never seen such bad service before, I will never go back there and I advise you to avoid this branch of vision express if you don't want your eyesight destroyed. The service does everything to get rid of the customer quickly and puts his health at risk!!!!
