I recently went to vision express over specsavers and the service was quite literally exceptional. Manpreet the optician was FANTASTIC! She showed and talked me through the scans of my eye and used clear simple language, she also put me at ease about the health of my eyes following a recent C diagnosis in the family. Apologies but I’ve forgotten her name but the retail associate was equally brilliant - she wasn’t pushy, no upselling, she was solely focused on finding the right glasses to fit my face that o would love. I told her I like a bold colour, I told her I like rounder shaped glasses, I told her I hate nose pads. She hunted high and low and spent a good 20-30 minutes with me, nothing was too much hassle and I walked away with two perfect pairs of spectacles. Thank you all
