My experience with Vision Express at Harlow was excellent. All staff were very polite and very helpful. Especially Sharon who carried out my actual Eye test. She explained everything she was going to do / check and was very thorough and informative when expressing my results and needs for the future . And when it was confirmed that i would need glasses the other young lady in the store was super helpful in finding the right styles/ lens for my needs . Vision express will definitely be my go to opticians now . In a time where good customer service is hard to find I was very impressed with their great attitude and professionalism and would strongly recommend to anyone . Date of experience: 24 December 2022
