    I had my eyes tested at vision express Colchester. My intention was to to order some eyewear from an online outlet as there is obviously a far wider range to choose from. When I asked if that was everything I needed to purchase something elsewhere I was told that they would absolutely not give me the measurements that were required to do so. This was the sole reason for my visit there. Very disappointed.

    Took in a prescription and chose two pairs of glasses. Went to try them on and they had the wrong strength lenses in! The lenses didn’t match my written prescription, the computer system also didn’t match my written prescription or the one in the glasses! Sadly put me off ever returning.

    Met by rude\overtly blunt employee on the desk upon my arrival. I was then presented with my expensive new glasses on which an error has been made with the prescription and the lenses aren't correct. Frames are in generally poor condition too. Useless all round, first time using Vision Express and won't be bothering again.
