Visited today to pick up my prescription sunglasses and was served by Sana at the Harbourne store who was amazingly helpful. My husband enquired about varifocal lenses and she explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable on the subject. Would definitely give 5 stars for her alone.

I've been using this store for many years and have never had a problem. The eye tests have always been very comprehensive and have been correct when other opticians have failed. The frames have always been the most up to date and in some cases a couple of years ahead of their time. All the staff have been the most polite, knowledgeable and attentive. All my queries where answered professionally and with good humour. Essentially you treat people how you would like to be treated which is the responsibility of the public not the staff. You have walked into the store, they are there to help you. I have recommended this store to so many people over the last ten years that it's no surprise to me they are busy.
