Ordered my lenses a week ago still nothing. No communication, no tracking, nothing. I managed to speak briefly to a live chat agent/bot told them I'd had the same lenses in for 4 days, they told me to wait and then left the chat. I can't wait. I can't see without my lenses. Company used to be great but is beyond a joke now. No chat available, no staff to answer phones, no response to emails and still no lenses that I bought a week ago. Thanks for nothing.

If I could I would give 0! Horrific platform, next day delivery and they always come 2-3 days after! I’ve changed different brands and still very annoying to the eyes! I’m relieved that I’ve found a better source, will never purchase from Vision Direct again

I had been a customer for 5 years, but I can honestly say that I’m super disappointed with their service recently. I was sent a different item to what I had ordered, and I returned this via their freepost label as instructed by their customer service agent. My parcel was posted along with other items a month ago, and Vision Direct are claiming this hasn’t arrived. Without any way of tracking the item, I have essentially lost a considerable amount of money, only to be told by customer service that the onus was on me to obtain “proof of posting” (I was never told this when I was being instructed to return the items). I personally will never be ordering again - there are other retail options now that don’t carry on like this!

After 5 days the order hadn't shipped and the contact centre could not get a response from the warehouse despite me making calls. I eventually gave up and asked for the order to be cancelled, which they did but didn't refund the £75 payment. Complete scammers.
