Vision were appointed by our insurers to carry out major refurbishment works after a flood to our lower ground floor. The job was overseen by Joe and Chris, the foreman, both of whom were very professional and efficient throughout the whole job. Nothing was too much effort and they went out of their way to source products that were not easy to find. The site was always left clean and secure and the standard of workmanship was very high. Very happy to recommend.

In early October 2021, our Gazco Riva2 fireplace stopped working. After searching around and asking a few friends, someone suggested we try Vision Contracts Ltd. On October 12th we emailed Vision Contracts Ltd, and a service visit was arranged for October 28th. This was rescheduled to November 4th. This first service visit cost us £210.00. Result - NO FIRE, and we were informed we needed a part, (oxypilot), and another visit. On December 9th, the 2nd visit, oxypilot part was installed. This second visit cost us £254.40, and still result - NO FIRE. We were informed we now needed other parts, such as connecting lead, battery pack, receiver, etc, costing £390.00 and kindly given reduced labor charges of £54.00. We paid the £444.00. On January 25th, the 3rd visit, new parts installed, and still result - NO FIRE. We now were told we needed to install another part, gas valve, cost £384.00, with no guarantee of anything. So, to this stage, we had been going for on for 104 days and spent £908.40 on Vision Contracts Ltd and had achieved exactly ZERO. We decided that Vision Contracts Ltd’s engineers had no idea what the problem was or what they were doing. Everything they did was by trial and error, and which resulted in us having to pay for replacement of parts which were probably still working perfectly. Our only option was to cut losses. We contacted another gas appliance retailer, and had a new fireplace supplied, installed, and running in under 2 weeks. You make up your own mind about this company’s capabilities. Maurizio Cerosio

We engaged Vision, following a home insurance claim, to carryout works to restore our home following a leak under the floor. Jack and his team were extremely helpful, giving us a very clear explanation of the project and keeping us updated throughout the works. The project in our property involved the removal of flooring and render on water damaged walls. Reinstatement of render, plaster skim and redecoration of entrance hallway and living room. The Vision tradesmen undertaking the work were extremely hard working and diligent, delivering the work to a very high standard. We were very happy with the end result and finish and would recommend Vision Contracts.
